Frequently Asked Questions

Asking for help isn’t easy, especially when it comes to something as personal as your sex life…

Sexual healing is the overlooked, often misunderstood path of the spiritual warrior: those tenacious, open-hearted souls willing to love their most vulnerable parts, embrace the sexual shadow, and risk the potentially devastating consequences of exposing themselves to another.

Readiness for this work often takes decades. We're rarely—if ever—encouraged to investigate our sexual selves with the intention of finding the root cause behind the patterns that keep us stuck in insecurity, addiction, or disconnection.

True transformation—especially the kind that leads to secure, loving relationships and transcendent intimacy—requires emotional maturity, the courage to retire old survival personas, and a willingness to be dismantled by truth before being rebuilt in love.

There’s no quick fix here. No gimmicks. No spiritual bypass.

If there’s one thing sex work taught me, it’s this: investing in fear, addiction, or performance guarantees the suffering of stagnancy and the slow erosion of self-respect. Trading short-term pleasure for long-term pain is not liberation. It’s self-abandonment.

Sexual healing isn’t for the faint of heart. But it is for those who are ready.

To best gauge where you are, all new clients are required to read the FAQs and Booking Policies and Procedures blog. Consider these self-assessment tools designed to help you identify where you are on your personal growth journey and provide a rubric for determining readiness to engage in coaching with me.

  • Yes. I work with individuals and couples of all genders, orientations, and backgrounds—including trauma survivors, spiritual seekers, people of faith, and those navigating intimacy after loss, illness, divorce, or personal transformation.

The one requirement? A sincere commitment to personal responsibility. This work is not for spiritual tourists or those seeking quick fixes. My clients are emotionally intelligent, spiritually aware, and radically honest—even when it’s uncomfortable.

I especially love working with young adults seeking to break free from hookup culture and build healthy, secure relationships in a world that rarely teaches how.

You can read more about my philosophy and approach here. And if you’re uncertain after reading the FAQ, check out this blog: “10 Questions to Ask Yourself Before You Hire a Sex & Intimacy Coach.”

  • No. I do not offer massage or erotic bodywork of any kind outside couples massage classes, which are purely educational. This includes tantra, sensual massage, or anything resembling sex work.

I am not for hire as a “hands-on” practitioner.

If you are here hoping to reinitiate a dynamic from the past of any kind, please understand: that chapter is closed. Unless you are ready to engage with my current work as a coaching client, please do not contact me.

  • Drawing on professional training in Gibson Integrated Attachment Theory, training in rites of passage and the hero’s journey, I help clients identify and rewrite the core beliefs, emotional and behavioral coping patterns, needs, and nervous system patterns that block intimacy, sexual satisfaction, and authentic self-expression. My work focuses on empowerment and sovereignty—not fostering dependence of any kind.

Whether you’re struggling with insecure attachment, addiction to sex or fantasy or dopamine, shame around your body or sexuality, or simply want to grow in relational depth, I bring a trauma-informed lens rooted in both professional experience and lived insight.

    My work integrates:

    • Attachment theory

    • Nervous system regulation tools

    • Spiritual insight and intuition

    • Somatic awareness

    • Clear, direct language and actionable solutions from a real-world perspective

This is a space of transformation, not performance.

  • Absolutely! Working with couples is my specialty. The only requirement is that both individuals are fully consenting and committed to the process. I do not work with couples where one partner is secretly attempting to “fix” or control the other. This never works and goes against my ethics and philosophy.

If your partner is hesitant, feel free to submit a contact form explaining your situation. In some cases, individual work may be the best first step.

  • Then you’re in the right place.

Readiness isn’t about perfection or even clear seeing—it’s about willingness. I’ve worked with plenty of people who felt scared, unsure, or skeptical at first. I’ve seen clients so traumatized they could barely speak. What matters is whether you're open to learning, unlearning, and taking radical responsibility for your healing.

  • Yes—and I speak this language fluently.

Many of my clients are men who’ve struggled with porn addiction, compulsive behavior, or chronic reliance on sex workers. These are merely the surface-level manifestations of deeper problems that I address and for which I require clients take full responsibility.

In some cases, I will require that you are seeing a licensed therapist. Working with me is not a way to avoid accountability but a path to self-governance and personal freedom, which are built on taking full responsibility for problem behavior.

  • Yes! I work with current and former sex workers seeking support with nervous system regulation, boundary repair, burnout recovery, poverty mindset, and transition planning. I’m here to help you find healthy coping strategies and to provide a safe, judgment-free place for you to share your experience and maintain your sense of dignity and self-respect.

  • No. I am not a licensed therapist.I am a certified Gibson Attachment Theory coach, professional educator with a Master’s Degree, Certified Life-Cycle Celebrant, and experienced guide who relies on professional training, experience, and science-backed tools for nervous system regulation and reprogramming the subconscious mind.

If you are in need of clinical treatment for PTSD, addiction, or severe mental illness, I strongly encourage you to seek a licensed provider. That said, many of my clients work with me and a therapist in tandem.

  • All coaching is currently offered via video chat or phone unless you have signed up for a class or workshop. See my Work With Me page for more info on what I offer.
