It's time to rehumanize sex.

To reclaim it from shame, spectacle, and silence—and return it to its rightful place: not one part of us but inextricable from who we are biologically, emotionally, spiritually.

I help individuals and couples heal from sexual shame, attachment wounds, and the relationship patterns that express them—unconscious reenactments that block our ability to connect, receive pleasure, and feel secure in love.

My work is rooted in nearly two decades in the sex industry, where thousands of hours with clients of every culture, class, faith, and age showed me the same deep hunger for authentic intimacy hiding beneath transactional touch—and in professional and academic training across disciplines.

From that ground I created EM: Erotic Mindfulness for Trauma Healing™, a touch modality I developed first for my own safety and sanity.

EM™ became a way to help others face trauma, break patterns of sexual anorexia and compulsivity, reconnect with themselves and their partners, and feel safe and empowered in vulnerability.

For me, sex work was both a site of trauma reenactment and a doorway into profound healing.

That paradox shapes everything I do.

The work I do with clients meets every stage of intimacy: reconnecting with yourself; dating with intention to find a partner who reflects your needs, values, and desires; and repairing long-term relationships where resentment, responsibilities, and time have eroded trust, safety, and respect.

What's being sold today as "sex" is not intimacy—it's degradation, outsourcing, unconscious acting out.

And we've been taught to call it liberation and to preach it like gospel.

If you're done performing, done abandoning yourself, and done allowing your body to be governed by everyone but you—you're in the right place.

This is where sexual sovereignty begins.
