Booking Policies & Procedures

Working with me requires clearly defined goals, realistic expectations, and a willingness to invest in your growth. This is sacred work. Transparency, accountability, and trust in your own process are foundational to our success together.
1. Do Your Part
Before reaching out, please review my website to ensure we are aligned. If you’re still uncertain, I offer a 30-minute consult by phone or video for $125. This is an opportunity to clarify your goals, ask questions, and learn more about my philosophy, training, and approach.
2. Read the Blog
My blog contains in-depth insights, clinical tools, and perspective on relationships, intimacy, masculine/feminine dynamics, and healing. I recommend new clients read select posts before booking so you understand my approach and the philosophy behind my work. This will help you decide whether we are aligned and will give us a stronger foundation to build on.
3. Know What You’re Booking
I offer:
Virtual coaching sessions for individuals and couples
In-person couples sensual massage classes and workshops
Coaching and classes for young adults on relationships, boundaries, and personal development

4. For Men
My coaching with men focuses on healing intimacy avoidance and anxiety, breaking free from compulsive sexual patterns and behavioral addiction, and developing emotional and relational maturity.
I am not an escort and do not offer adult entertainment. If your goals include overcoming sex-worker dependency, porn use, or chronic infidelity, I bring both lived expertise and strategic coaching to help you create lasting change.
5. For Women
I work with women seeking personal sovereignty, healing from betrayal, and reconnection to their sensuality and self-worth.
In-person sensual massage classes will resume in September 2025 in North County, San Diego. These classes are for partners (friends, lovers, spouses) to learn together in a safe, structured setting — they are not open to solo participants.
6. For Couples
In-person workshops and private sessions are structured, educational, and customized to your unique needs. I offer guidance rooted in attachment theory, nervous system regulation, and relational repair.
Couples workshops require an intake questionnaire and video chat to ensure both partners are fully on board. I only work with couples when both parties initiate the booking.

People breaking free from sex-worker dependency, porn addiction, and intimacy avoidance
Individuals healing from betrayal, grief, and sexual trauma,
Those navigating body shame, desire disconnect, and seeking sexual reconnection with self and/or partner
Young adults developing healthy relationship skills, secure attachment, boundaries, and emotional intelligence
My background includes nearly two decades of teaching, coaching, and working with diverse populations; certified training in Gibson Attachment Theory; and trauma-informed tools for nervous system regulation and real, tangible growth.
Booking & Payments
All individual coaching sessions must be prepaid at the time of booking
Couples workshops require a $450 deposit prior to the intake call
I accept CashApp, Zelle, or Venmo for payment
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance receive a 50% refund of the deposit
Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will forfeit the deposit
No refunds for same-day cancellations or missed appointments
Boundaries
All offerings are therapeutic, educational, and trauma-informed. Virtual sessions are conducted by phone; couples’ intake is done via video chat. Inquiries about sexual services will not receive a response and will be reported to authorities as needed. My time and energy are reserved for those committed to meaningful growth and respectful engagement.
